Blended Program for those who want to Firmly Establish their Yoga Practice with

Continuous Personalized Support

(12 Sessions  |  12 Weeks)

Completion of one or both of the above programs is required.

This is a program developed between the teacher and the practitioner, who together make a supported environment in which practice can become firmly grounded.

What's included?

  • 12x 1-hour private sessions over a period of 12 weeks (1 sessions weekly)

  • Daily 'homework' assignments specific to you - to cement your personal practice

  • Continuous support from the teacher throughout your journey

  • BONUS: Special video support - 1x 20 minute daily Asana sequence to follow - scaffolding for your personal practice
